Twitter has become a must-use tool among bloggers and internet marketers. It can be used to reach out and connect with people interested in your blog topic and drive traffic back to your site.
Sign up for a Twitter account and link it to your blog. Also place a link to your Twitter account on a very visible area of your blog. Every time you write a new blog post, write a Tweet to announce it to your Twitter followers.
Find others interested in your blog topic at search.twitter.com and follow people with large followings who are interested in your topic. People will follow you in return and whenever they see you Tweeting something interesting, they’ll visit your blog. If they especially like something you wrote, they may Re-Tweet it back to their followers, which can give you a big boost in traffic. Also, every link to your blog on Twitter increases your search engine ranking with Google, so if you want to blog for money, you absolutely need to use Twitter.
